This role ensures materials and finished goods are handled safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), quality standards, and regulatory requirements.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nCarry out responsibilities in compliance with company policies, work procedures, and federal, state and local laws. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and health and safety rules and regulations.\nReceive incoming raw materials, packaging components, and supplies\nVerify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documentation\nInspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to appropriate personnel\nAccurately enter inventory transactions into ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems\nStore materials in designated warehouse locations following FIFO/FEFO inventory practice\nPick, stage, and deliver raw materials and packaging materials to production lines according to production schedule\nTransport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment\nReturn unused materials from production and reconcile inventory transactions\nPerform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities\nEnsure proper labeling, identification, and traceability of materials and products\nMove finished goods from production areas to warehouse storage locations\nLoad and unload trucks while ensuring product integrity and shipment accuracy\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment\nFollow GMP, SOP, OSHA, personal care and over-the counter (OTC) manufacturing standards, and company policies\nAssist with investigations and inventory discrepancy resolution as needed\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations and inventory control\nAssist with connecting lines to totes that feed filling equipment\nRemove unused product from totes and arena totes then transfer to appropriate container for storage\nRemove rejected and/or unused pallets from production floor and transfer them to the appropriate area for disposal or storage\nGather corrugate waste and disposes it in the recycling bin\nPerform tasks with safety in mind for self and others\nRequirements\nTo fulfill requirements of job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty at a high level.
