In this role, you will have numerous opportunities to represent the PBCS IPT with our Navy partner, LM leadership, and suppliers, with many opportunities for career development along the way. The PBCS IPT is responsible for the development, manufacture, and management of the PBCS which is an attitude control and propulsive subsystem.As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead our PBCS Subsystem Team. Specifically, you will be responsible for leading the team as we prepare for PDR in 2027. You will manage a team of 20+, in addition you will be responsible for the budget and schedule and reporting status of each directly to senior leadership and our Navy partners. The team will be responsible for ensuring the IPT hits all project milestones, both those currently baselined but also planning future efforts and proposals. This individual selected will brief senior leadership on execution performance and challenges and will be the principal deputy to the PBCS Sr. Manager for any item affecting program execution.The successful candidate will be a full spectrum leader, build lasting partnerships with our Navy counterparts, focus on financial and strategic objectives, and work closely with a range of other leaders on FBM. The candidate will be expected to aid in the hiring process as the team grows.
