This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced agricultural environment. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who is comfortable with physical labor and operating equipment. Job Duties Include: Assembling large boxes using a power screwdriver Driving a forklift to move boxes and pallets of corn Assisting in the bagging room as needed Cutting open and dumping heavy bags into boxes (some lifting required) Supporting general operations and maintaining a clean work environment Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy materials Prior forklift experience preferred (certification a plus) Must be able to work 2nd shift reliably Attention to detail and commitment to safety Why Join Us?
