Chaplains serve employees of all backgrounds through caring relationships, emotional support, encouragement, prayer, crisis care, and ongoing workplace presence.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPromote a missionary mindset by building caring relationships with assigned employees and workplace leaders\n\nProvide regular onsite workplace chaplain care and relationship-based ministry within assigned businesses\n\nProvide confidential emotional and spiritual support to employees and their family members\n\nOffer prayer, encouragement, practical care, and compassionate presence when welcomed\n\nRespond to crises, hospitalizations, grief situations, and family emergencies\n\nBuild and maintain strong two‑way communication and trust with employees, company leadership, and CCA leadership\n\nFollow the CCA Team Member Handbook and organizational training materials\n\nDemonstrate professionalism, compassion, humility, and servant leadership in all interactions\n\nMaintain accurate communication and timely follow‑up with employees and workplace contacts\n\nDisplay a positive team‑player attitude with fellow chaplains, managers, and senior leadership\n\nComply with requests and direction from senior CCA leadership\n\nQualifications\nTo perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nMinimum of 5–7 years of full‑time secular workplace experience (Church‑only experience does not satisfy this requirement.
