Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThe Other Transaction Authority (OTA) Program Management Office (PMO) within the Contract Vehicle Center (CVC) is in search of a Program Manager to support the growing use of OTAs. The CVC is located in RTX at the corporate level and manages, administers, and champions utilization of contract vehicles such as OTAs via consortia type contracts. OTAs via consortia are a widely used contract vehicles by the Department of Defense (DoD) to develop innovative solutions to support the warfighter. The utilization of OTAs to achieve that objective has increased and expanded by all RTX Business Units (BU).\nThe OTA PMO works in a highly dynamic environment across the RTX enterprise.
