Will consider experience in lieu of a degree\nExperience tracking orders, inventory, picks, shortages, or material flow in a warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain environment preferred.\nExperience using Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and communication.\nExperience with ERP system preferred\nAbility to work effectively in both a warehouse environment and an office setting, depending on daily priorities and standard work.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.\nEffective communication skills and the ability to escalate issues clearly and promptly to support timeline adherence.\nAbility to collaborate across functions and build strong working relationships with warehouse teams, plant personnel, Quality, Engineering, and other stakeholders.\nProblem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and support timely resolution.\nA strong sense of urgency and accountability for ensuring parts are delivered accurately, on time, and in good quality condition.\nComfort working with operational data, tracking metrics, and managing follow-up through completion.\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$56,300.00 - $101,394.99\nCompensation Type:\nSalary\nIncentive Eligible:\nNo\nSales Commission Eligible:\nNo\nDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
