Credit Executive

Job DetailsDescriptionUnder the direction of the Credit Manager, the Credit Executive is responsible for administrative duties in related to credit applications activities according to the departmental guidelines. The Credit Executive has no credit authorization authority.Essential FunctionsEnters patron information into computer system and credit file.Has the ability to follow directions but be self-motivated.Demonstrates and provides outstanding customer service.Scans credit documents when necessary.Handles internal and external inquiries for casino credit information.Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.Performs other tasks as assigned.Core CompetenciesDemonstrates consistent regard and dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues and the Company by being engaged, interested and productiveDemonstrates a working knowledge of our marketplace; actively and collaboratively assists in building the best practices necessary for the Company’s successDemonstrates an understanding of the impact actions and decisions have on the Company both financially and on guest relationsDemonstrates the initiative to present new ideas and perspective to create positive resultsExhibits respectful consideration of viewpoints, situations and othersPuts the guest at the forefront of every decisionEssential RequirementsA Credit Executive has the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications and other computer programs and can correspond effectively via email.Performs mathematical computationsAccesses and inputs information in the system, including setting up player’s cards and printing duplicate players cardsAbility to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of timeKnowledge/Work ExperienceMust be 21 years or olderHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior Casino Gaming experience preferredTyping skills required as well as basic computer knowledgeMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license through New York State and other regulatory requirements as dictated by governing authoritiesOrganizational and communication skills
