Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly to support smooth kitchen operations Cook and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Support menu planning by organizing ingredients and assisting with inventory management Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Assist with catering orders and special event meal preparations as needed Serve food in a timely manner, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction when applicable Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings with a focus on food safety Strong knife skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques Knowledge of the food industry, culinary practices, and kitchen operations Experience in menu planning, food handling, and catering is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen staff and front-of-house teams Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to culinary excellence!
