In this role, you will perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of program and contract data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement related to system integration, logistics, and CONUS/OCONUS operational support. You will support program planning, field service coordination, and government reporting activities while ensuring alignment with Army operational requirements and acquisition processes. You will also develop reports, briefings, schedules, and recommendations to support program execution, financial oversight, and mission readiness objectives.\n\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\n\nPerform quantitative and qualitative analysis of program, operational, and contract data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.\nDevelop reports, briefings, and recommendations related to program status, financial performance, contractual compliance, and operational readiness.\nSupport planning, budgeting, and program execution activities in coordination with OEM representatives supporting BAT-A, NRTIO, and NXGBCC systems.\nAssist in defining and analyzing program requirements related to system integration and field support services.\nCoordinate planning and execution activities for New Equipment Training (NET) supporting CONUS and OCONUS fielding operations.\nDevelop and maintain schedules for Field Support Representatives (FSRs), including staffing, timing, cost, and operational support requirements.\nAnalyze system readiness metrics and support planning efforts to maintain required operational availability rates.\nCoordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, and operational teams to support program objectives and milestone activities.\nSupport acquisition, logistics, and field support planning activities aligned with Army operational requirements.\nProvide analytical support for program reviews, milestone decisions, and operational planning efforts.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nActive Secret Clearance.\nBachelor's degree in relevant technical or managerial discipline.\nMinimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in program or project management.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA Practitioner Level certification in Program Management.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex operational, financial, and programmatic data.\nExperience supporting geographically distributed teams and CONUS/OCONUS operational environments.\nStrong understanding of the acquisition lifecycle, FAR/DFARS regulations, and Army procurement processes.\nFamiliarity with logistics, international support agreements, and operational planning supporting OCONUS activities.\nExperience developing schedules, cost estimates, readiness metrics, and operational support plans.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.\nExperience preparing executive briefings, reports, and program recommendations for government stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience supporting DoD biometric programs or identity management systems.\nFamiliarity with Army fielding, sustainment, and New Equipment Training (NET) processes.\nExperience coordinating with OEM vendors supporting biometric or mission systems.\nExperience supporting operational readiness assessments and field support planning activities.\nFamiliarity with Army acquisition milestone reviews and program management processes.\nExperience supporting global logistics, deployment coordination, or field service operations.\n\nIn compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position with ANSER, please call 703-416-2000 or e-mail Recruiting@anser.org\n\nANSER is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
