Curriculum development is guided by the Executive Director and Board through ARCK’s Program Committee. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring strong implementation, educator support, program logistics, student engagement, data collection, and partner communication.\nKey volunteers.\nProvide guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure strong teaching practices and youth-centered facilitation.\nHelp build a collaborative culture among educators, artists, mentors, and program partners.\nSupport professional development and reflective practice for program staff and teaching teams.\nStudent Registration, Onboarding & Engagement\nOversee student registration, enrollment tracking, and onboarding for Creativity Lab and related programs.\nSupport communication with students, families, schools, and community partners.\nEnsure students understand program expectations, learning goals, schedules, and opportunities.\nHelp create a welcoming and inclusive environment where students feel safe, seen, heard, and empowered.\nSupport student showcases, community presentations, and culminating program experiences.\nProgram Data, Evaluation & Impact\nCollect, organize, and analyze program data, including attendance, participation, student outcomes, feedback, and impact stories.\nTrack student growth in areas such as creativity, confidence, communication, collaboration, social awareness, and civic engagement.\nSupport surveys, reflection tools, rubrics, and evaluation processes.\nShare program data, insights, and recommendations with the Executive Director to support organizational learning and decision-making.\nHelp prepare impact summaries for grants, board updates, fundraising materials, and partner reports.\nSchool & Community Partner Communication\nMaintain strong communication with Boston Public Schools partners and other program collaborators.\nCoordinate program schedules, classroom needs, teaching artist placements, and partner expectations.\nHelp maintain school contracts, partner documentation, and program records.\nServe as a warm and professional point of contact for educators, families, mentors, artists, and community partners.\nSupport ARCK’s visibility and relationship-building within schools and the broader Boston community.\nProgram Operations & Cross-Team Collaboration\nWork closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure program schedules, supply inventory, space readiness, and partner communications run smoothly.\nTrack program supply needs and coordinate materials for school-based and Creativity Lab programming.\nSupport event logistics related to student showcases, workshops, mentor sessions, and community gatherings.\nCollaborate with the Executive Director, Founder/CEO, Operations Coordinator, and Program Committee to align implementation with ARCK’s strategic goals.\nSupervise program interns and help them stay organized, engaged, and aligned with ARCK’s program priorities.\n\nQualifications:\n\nQualifications\n4+ years of experience in education, youth development, arts education, nonprofit programming, or a related field preferred.\nTeaching or facilitation experience with middle and/or high school students required.\nExperience managing educators, teaching artists, mentors, volunteers, or interns strongly preferred.\nBackground in education, curriculum implementation, youth development, arts integration, or social-emotional learning.\nNonprofit education experience preferred.\nStrong program management, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, relationships, timelines, and program details.\nExperience collecting and organizing program data, student outcomes, surveys, or evaluation materials.\nComfort working with diverse students, families, educators, artists, and community partners.\nStrong commitment to equity, creativity, belonging, and student voice.\nExperience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools such as Trello or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with Boston Public Schools or community-based education programs is a plus.\nBachelor’s degree in education, arts education, youth development, social work, nonprofit management, or a related field
