You will offer personalized care to each resident, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your role will make a positive impact on their confidence and quality of life.Key Responsibilities:Provide haircuts, styling, and grooming services to residents, including special attention to their comfort and needsMaintain a clean and safe environment, following all infection control proceduresFoster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure exceptional serviceCommunicate and collaborate with the nursing team to provide specialized care for residentsAdapt grooming services to meet the unique needs of each resident, especially those with limited mobility or other health concernsEnsure all equipment and workstations are sanitized in accordance with infection prevention protocolsMust Have:Valid Barber/Beauty License (required)Previous experience providing haircuts and beauty servicesCompassionate, patient, and caring approach to working with elderly residentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic work environmentNice to Have:Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare settingSpecialized skills in other beauty services (e.g., nail care, skin care)Knowledge of infection control practices and ability to follow sanitation proceduresEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or veteran status.Pay Transparency StatementCompensation for roles may vary depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
