In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, optimizing, and maintaining cold forming processes for high-precision metal components. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure manufacturing excellence, and support the development of cutting-edge tooling and fabrication techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of industrial engineering within a global leader dedicated to innovation and sustainability.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and refine cold form processing methods to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety across production lines\nUtilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo to design tooling, fixtures, and process layouts for cold forming operations\nProgram and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate manufacturing processes and improve system reliability\nConduct root cause analysis on process deviations or defects to identify corrective actions and prevent recurrence\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on project scheduling, process engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives\nPerform mechanical analysis using schematics, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAM programming for precision manufacturing\nOversee robotics integration, CNC programming, welding operations, vision inspection systems, and industrial equipment maintenance\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field; advanced certifications are a plus\nProven experience in manufacturing facilities with a focus on cold forming or plastics injection molding processes\nStrong mechanical knowledge of assembly lines, tooling fabrication, CNC programming, and robotics integration\nProficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo; experience with Schematics and GD&T standards\nFamiliarity with industrial equipment including vision inspection systems, CNC machines, PLCs, and industrial automation tools\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 standards and lean manufacturing principles for process optimization\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies\nJoin us to be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence.
