AllianceBernstein Investor Services (ABIS) is the transfer agent for AB mutual funds distributed through retail intermediaries. The members of this team leverage various desktop tools and proprietary systems to access shareholder account information, process financial transaction and maintenance and perform other functions.\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\nAnswering calls from AB shareholders, investment professionals and internal groups\r\nProcessing account transactions and updates\r\nPerforming various forms of account research and reviewing and producing shareholder correspondence\r\nOther tasks, project and roles as business needs arise\r\nRole is 5 days per week (weekdays) and requires work in office for 4 days per week\r\nWhat We're Looking For:\r\nKnowledge of mutual fund operations is preferred, but not required\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\nThe successful candidate will have strong organization and follow up skills\r\nProficient in the use of office desktop packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to change\r\nAbility to work independently, when applicable, and cooperatively in a team setting\r\nCandidate must be customer focused and extremely flexible\r\nDemonstrate the ability to further develop skills through training and as provided through coaching and feedback\r\nWilling to learn new applications as needed based on job requirements and changes that may take place\r\nPC proficiency, proven ability to multi-task, excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication.\r\nKnowledge within the financial industry is helpful but not required.\r\nEqual Opportunity Employers\r\nPeople of color, women, and those who identify as LGBTQ people are encouraged to apply.
