Our focus is clean, correct installs and a strong customer experience.What You'll Do System InstallationInstall residential HVAC systems including: Split systems (gas furnaces and heat pumps)Gas packs and package heat pumpsMini-split systems (ducted and ductless)Ductwork systems and modificationsFollow installation processes to ensure systems are installed correctly and safelyVerify system operation after install completionInstall Execution & QualityMaintain clean, organized job sitesEnsure installs meet company standards for quality and appearanceWork efficiently without sacrificing workmanshipTeam Leadership (On Job Sites)Help keep install helpers on task and moving efficientlyWork closely with install lead to complete jobs on scheduleCommunicate clearly with team members throughout the jobPhysical WorkWork in attics and crawl spaces as requiredLift and move equipment safely as part of a teamFlexibilityAssist with different types of install and project work as neededOccasional crossover into other work may occur based on workloadWhat We Expect (Day 1) 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred)Ability to complete all major portions of an install with minimal supervisionStrong understanding of system installation best practicesAbility to follow structured processes and instructionsTeam-first mindset with willingness to support others on the jobAttention to detail and pride in finished workBenefits 10 days PTOPaid major holidaysHealth insurance stipend401(k) with company match after 1 yearPaid training and developmentConsistent workflow and schedulingRequirementsMinimum Requirements 3+ years of residential HVAC install experienceAbility to work in attics and crawl spacesAbility to lift and move equipment safely as part of a teamValid driver's license with clean driving recordBasic hand toolsWillingness to follow company processes and install standardsPreferred (Not Required) EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)Sheet metal fabrication experienceExperience installing a variety of system types (split, package, mini-split)Who This Is NOT For Entry-level helpers with limited install experienceInstallers who rush jobs and cut cornersIndividuals who struggle working as part of a teamAnyone unwilling to follow defined install processesHiring Timeline We are looking to move quickly for the right candidate.Powered by JazzHRFOzpb1jk5t
