policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe working environment.\r\nFollow instructions provided by a Foreman with daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.\r\nSafely work around heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, cranes, etc.\r\nInspect, maintain, and operate hand tools, power tools, and other various equipment.\r\nCommunicate well with others on the jobsite both verbally and using hand signals.\r\nDemonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality customer service.\r\nExperience operating excavator to install water, sewer, and storm drain pipe and manholes.\r\nExperience digging around existing utilities preferred.\r\nREQUIREMENTS\r\nMust have a valid Driver's License.\r\nOSHA 10 Safety Training preferred.\r\nMust pass pre-employment screening.\r\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, up to 100 lbs with assistance.\r\nMust be able to bend, kneel, push, pull, walk on rough terrain, and climb in and out of equipment and work areas.\r\nMust be able to work in all types of indoor/outdoor
