Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.\nPosition/Job Summary\nThe lab assistant position entails calibrations and maintenance of various laboratory equipment for our 760 Exton location located on Pennsylvania Drive. Primarily calibrating freezers, incubators, automation platforms and various other smaller lab equipment’s. The position requires an individual to be flexible at the requests of laboratory scientists including buffer prep and various instrument flushing. General laboratory housekeeping is also included.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nAbility to read and position various calibration instruments.\nAbility to keep documentation in a neat and orderly fashion.\nAbility to lift to 50lbs.\nAbility to follow safety procedures.\nAbility to work as a team.\nAbility to work independently with little supervision.\nAbility to work the 9am to 5:30pm shift. An 8 hour work shift everyday M-F.\nEducation Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or higher.\nExperience and Skills\nPrior experience working in a laboratory, particularly with sample preparation, equipment operation, and data recording is preferred.\nFamiliarity with common laboratory equipment and instruments, such as centrifuges, microscopes, pH meters, etc.\nKnowledge of preparing buffers, media, and other common laboratory reagents.\nCapable of recording experimental data and using computer software (e.g., Excel, SPSS) for data processing and analysis.\nAble to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment.\nStrong learning ability.\nSalary and Benefits:\nFrontage Laboratories offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, and life insurance.\nFrontage Laboratories Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
