From helping customers choose the right storage unit to completing sales and processing payments, you'll be the go-to person for creating a great customer experience. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.\r\nOwn The Details\r\nEnsure the store is opened, closed and secured each business day.\r\nMeet and exceed sale goals through rentals, protection plans, and other merchandise.\r\nEnsure products are ordered, received, stocked, priced and displayed in a timely and efficient manner.\r\nAssist General Manager with the online auction process. We train!\r\nServe & Support Customers\r\nBuild and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by helping customers find the right storage solutions.\r\nDeliver a personalized, high-touch customer experience.\r\nProcess payments, balance receipts & complete bank deposit drops.\r\nProperty & Facility Upkeep\r\nPhysical requirements include daily property walkthroughs to conduct safety inspections, lock checks, cleaning the units and other maintenance.\r\nOpen and close storage doors as well as completing tasks that require lifting 30+ lbs.\r\nPerform light maintenance includes mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning bathrooms and other lite maintenance and landscaping duties.\r\nWhat Are We Offering\r\nAvailability Monday-Saturdays with a flexible schedule.\r\nCompetitive hourly pay & uncapped MONTHLY performance-based bonus.\r\nGrowth opportunities.\r\nA schedule that operates outside of traditional retail hours which means no late nights or super early mornings.\r\nA role that supports work-life balance.\r\nHourly Pay Range: $16.03 - $19.03 hourly (Eligibility to participate in the company incentive bonus program).\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.\r\nAbility to lift 30+ lbs.\r\nStrong customer service skills and communication required.\r\nProven ability to work independently when needed and follow through on assignments.\r\nValid driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the workday to travel to vendors and/or other worksites.\r\nStrong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\r\nBasic to moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel & Outlook.\r\nAbility to regularly perform indoors and outdoors with exposure to adverse environmental conditions, weather, noise extremes and chemical, debris and traffic hazards.\r\nBenefits\r\nMedical/Dental/Vision insurance (PPO).\r\nParticipation in the company 401(k) plan with a company match.\r\nVacation Time, Nine Paid Holidays, Three floating holidays per year.\r\nSick time.\r\nCompany-paid life insurance equaling your annual base salary.\r\nCompany-paid short-term and long-term disability.\r\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
