{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"6b8d2abfa774c00acf5dbfa6","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/6b8d2abfa774c00acf5dbfa6","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/6b8d2abfa774c00acf5dbfa6","title":"Lab Tech Ops","description":"Job DescriptionThe Opportunity\r\nPerform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for process orders, inventory management, and warehouse management following applicable SOPs and Batch records.\r\nWill be required to accurately and consistently record methods, materials, and results in batch records according to established formats.\r\nUtilize SAP for inventory transactions of raw materials, dispensed materials, and IOR (Internal Order Request) accurately and on time.\r\nEnsure accurate inventory by monitoring and adjusting materials as needed.\r\nManages schedules, workload and establishes priorities using inputs from business requirements, SAP, and customer needs.\r\nExpected to respond quickly and effectively to multiple and changing priorities and to schedule work effectively To ensure that current and future needs are met.\r\nWork in a team environment to ensure department goals are met.\r\nKeep supervisor informed on status of all projects and significant findings and results in critical areas.\r\nEnsure good cGMPs and cGDP are adhered to along with all OSHA safety regulations.\r\nAttend required training classes and participates in on-the-job training to ensure training compliance.\r\nEnsure work areas (labs, warehouse, satellite areas) are properly maintained and cGMP compliant.\r\nTo assist and contribute with continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives.Education:\r\nMinimum (required): High School Diploma, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience\r\nPreferred: Associates DegreeJob-related Experience:\r\n2 4 years of experience\r\nStrong problem-solving skills\r\nExcellent communication abilities\r\nKnowledge in manufacturing, warehousing, and/or inventory management is desirable.Preferred (Optional)\r\nExperience in laboratory operations preferredOther Qualifications:\r\nFocus and attention to department needs.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nBasic proficiency with MS Word and Excel\r\nAbility to work in a fast paced team environment.\r\nAbility to work under cGMP guidelines, and coordinate/implement production schedule is necessary.\r\nAble to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
