Additionally, support includes integration and technical support for standalone shipboard systems. Scope of work includes program, engineering, technical, drafting, training, logistics, procurement, intelligence and operations support services for designated C5I systems onboard National Security Cutter (NSC), Polar Security Cutter (PSC), Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC), Fast Response Cutter (FRC), Medium Endurance Cutters (WMEC), and other afloat, mobile and shore platforms.\nRequirements:\nSecret Clearance required\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline.\nTen (10) years of direct work experience with Navy or Coast Guard C4ISR or similar program/projects.\nEight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of C4ISR Systems, associated systems and /or subsystems\nFour (4) years as manager of Navy or Coast Guard C4ISR programs, to include: supervising project personnel and/or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and experience ordering\nEssential Duties:\nManage the technical aspects of individual or multiple task orders, overseeing all day-to-day operations to ensure project success while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards outlined in the contract\nOrganize and lead cross-functional teams of contractor personnel across various labor categories, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance to meet project objectives\nApply deep expertise and current knowledge of C4ISR technologies to support engineering, integration, and technical services for Coast Guard cutters and other platforms, ensuring compliance with operational and technical requirements\nAct as the primary interface and technical point of contact with the Program Manager, providing strategic guidance on program/project issues, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring smooth communication between contractor personnel and the client\nSupervise the design, development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of C4ISR systems, including associated subsystems, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards for performance, functionality, and compliance\nCoordinate and manage project logistics, including the ordering, transportation, and tracking of equipment and materials, ensuring all resources are in place to support project execution\nDevelop and maintain project documentation, including proposals, bids, work schedules, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures\nProvide leadership and mentorship to project personnel, ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary resources and support to meet project goals and deliverables\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nKnowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures\nWritten and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.\nTechnical expertise in relevant systems, methodologies, and tools applicable to the industry\nProject management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion of projects\nAbility to analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and apply sound judgment to resolve challenges\nStrong communication skills, both written and oral, for effectively conveying information to stakeholders and team members, including report writing and presentations\nAttention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, processes, and deliverables while adhering to industry standards and best practices\nKnowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements\nFinancial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints\nExperience in creating, reviewing, and validating documentation, proposals, and reports to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations\nFlexibility and adaptability to adjust strategies and processes in response to changing project demands and environments\nVector CSP, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
