This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with quality standards and client expectations.The Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination between clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments. Success in this role requires strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocationsReview and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentsCoordinate closely with field supervision and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflowsConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and schedule adherenceResolve constructability and coordination issues as they ariseBudgeting & Cost ControlEstablish and manage project budgets, tracking costs throughout the project lifecycleReview subcontractor and supplier pricing, billings, and invoices for accuracy and complianceIdentify potential cost overruns and implement corrective actionsManage change orders and financial forecastingCommunication & Team LeadershipAct as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersLead project meetings and provide clear updates on schedule, budget, production, and risksMentor and support project engineers, foremen, and project team membersPrepare project documentation, progress reports, and projectionsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partnersRisk Management & Problem SolvingIdentify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategiesAddress unforeseen challenges efficiently and collaborativelyEnsure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the projectQuality Control & SafetyEnsure all work meets established quality standards and project specificationsEnforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture on all projectsIdentify and address jobsite hazards in coordination with field teamsSupport troubleshooting and resolution of construction challengesQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management (Drywall and metal framing experience preferred)Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controlsProficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Plexxis, OnCenter) and Microsoft OfficeExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesKnowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standardsContact Us:If you're ready to take your career to the next level and be part of something great, apply today!
