Apply today if you are qualified and ready to lead this great team!\n\nAs a Quality Manager a typical day might include the following:\nSupervising, developing, and mentoring Quality data employees through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments.\nAnalyzing data to support and promote data-driven decisions.\nLeading department initiatives to meet operational objectives.\nLeading, mentoring, and supporting collaboration with assigned teams to meet quality objectives.\nLeading, mentoring, and supporting the facilitation of cross-functional meetings to address quality issues and brainstorm solutions.\nLeading, facilitating, and managing problem-solving initiatives in support of strategic objectives.\nPartnering with leadership to implement programs designed to teach root cause analysis; serving as a strategic partner and advisor.\nFollowing and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.\nLeading the design, development, and implementation of processes that align with our quality policy: Understand. Create. Simplify.\n\nThis job might be for you if you have:\nA BS in Data Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, or other technical degrees.\nProficiency in data cleaning, storage, management, analysis, and reporting.\n8+ years of related experience.\nLeadership experience and a strong desire to develop others.\nStrong facilitation, organization, and communication skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication, along with excellent customer service skills.\nThe ability to use metrics and statistics to champion data-driven decisions.\nKnowledge of applicable industry standards and an understanding of probability/reliability concepts.\nStrong project management and problem-solving skills.\nA willingness to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.\nThe ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.\nLocation\nPullman, WA- This position is located in Pullman, WA.
