As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant stay. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Warmly greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor - Efficiently check guests in and out of the hotel with precision - Answer incoming phone calls and address guest inquiries promptly - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and special requests - Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area - Collaborate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to guarantee guest satisfaction - Perform night audit tasks when required Qualifications: - Prior experience in guest relations or customer service is advantageous - Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus - Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential - Proficiency in multiple languages is highly valued - Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations calmly - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $11.50 - $13.50 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Holidays Morning shift Night shift Overnight shift Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Job Type: Part-time Pay: $11.50 - $13.50 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
