The elements of a Pro B operator’s responsibility that service the customer are:\nPerformance of processes at or beyond standard (100% + efficiency)\nManufacturing quality parts as defined by product specification and documentation\nComplying with the safety policies of the company and working to achieve an accident free environment\nA Pro B operator participates in the continuous efforts to improve our process and quality so that Woodstream can successfully meet the customers’ expectations. As such, they will exhibit the following behaviors:\nIdentify problem areas that are focused on Throughput, Quality, and Safety\nParticipate with Manufacturing and Engineering team members to define issues, suggest solutions\nSuccessfully implement chosen solution both individually and as part of the team\nA Pro B operator is part of a team, their performance impact that of their teammates and Woodstream’s ability to support the customer’s needs.
