Our mission is simple: enable secure, trusted access in an increasingly connected world.\r\nWhat will my responsibilities include as SSET at CertiPath?\r\nProactively engage in defining, evolving, and maturing quality for CertiPath software solutions across the TrustSuite product family.\r\nDesign, build, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks and infrastructure covering both frontend (UI) and backend (API/service) layers.\r\nCollaborate with project teams to implement scalable automation processes aligned with the TrustSuite roadmap.\r\nTake corrective action when needed to ensure the success of our product initiatives and client project scopes and guide efforts to the best solutions and outcomes.\r\nWork with CertiPath project leadership and product management to ensure that test plans effectively align with feature requirements.\r\nLeverage AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot with VS Code) to accelerate test development and maintain high code quality.\r\nParticipate in Sprint Planning to understand sprint goals and support the Quality team throughout each sprint.\r\nLocation\r\nReston, VA (HQ) – Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week\r\nWhat qualifications do you look for?\r\nU.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a government clearance.\r\n7+ years of hands-on automation testing with demonstrated ownership of test frameworks and pipelines.\r\n5+ years of strong experience with Pytest and Django.\r\nStrong working experience in Linux-based environments, including command-line proficiency and shell scripting.\r\nProven experience working with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s), including running and debugging tests within containers.\r\nHands-on experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).\r\nSolid experience with Playwright for frontend/UI test automation.\r\nProficiency with API testing.\r\nExperience with test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr (or equivalent) for writing test cases, creating test plans, and managing test cycles.\r\nExperience using AI coding assistants to accelerate test development.\r\nExperience designing test cases, building automation frameworks, and maintaining automated test infrastructure.\r\nA bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience in a related field.\r\nWe're extra impressed by folks who have:\r\nDemonstrated initiative in automating complex or difficult-to-automate processes and communicating tradeoffs clearly.\r\nA track record of clean, modular, resilient test scripts that scale with product growth.\r\nFamiliarity with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), digital certificates, or identity and access management (IAM) concepts is a strong plus\r\nWhat kind of benefits does CertiPath offer?\r\nAt CertiPath, we value trust, flexibility, and investing in our people.
