This role focuses on injury prevention, ergonomics, job coaching, and post-injury support using established clinical and safety protocolsThis is a hands-on role ideal for licensed clinicians who enjoy working directly with employees outside of a traditional clinic setting.Benefits:Medical, Dental, VisionPet Health Insurance401KCEU reimbursementPTO and 11 paid holidaysSteel toe shoe reimbursement yearlyFree Employee Assistance ProgramFSA, HSAKey Responsibilities Deliver on-site injury prevention and occupational health servicesConduct Post-Offer Employment Testing (POETs) and Physical Ability Tests (PATs)Perform ergonomic assessments and physical demand analysesProvide job coaching, stretching, posture, and safe work technique educationSupport return-to-work and transitional duty programsDocument services and track outcomes accuratelyCollaborate with supervisors, safety teams, and managementQualifications Experience in an outpatient clinical setting.Valid professional licensure in the state you are applying (required).Valid BLS and CPR certifications (required).Proficiency in outpatient clinical skills, first responder skills, and musculoskeletal education.Familiarity with workplace safety, health regulations, and OSHA guidelines is a plus.Preferred Experience in occupational health, workers' compensation, industrial health, or outpatient carePhysical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movementOccasional lifting up to 50 poundsActive movement throughout industrial work areasUnify Health Services is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued.
