Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nThis is a unique opportunity in which Selected candidates need to complete a 4-week mandatory remote paid training prior to placement.\r\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain applications written in RPG on the Client AS400/iSeries platform.\r\nUnderstand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\r\nDebug and resolve software issues and support ongoing production systems.\r\nParticipate in code reviews, documentation, and system integration efforts.\r\nWork closely with senior developers, QA, and business analysts in an agile environment.\r\nKey Requirements and Technology Experience\r\nKey Skills; 0–2 years of hands-on experience with RPG IV / RPGLE programming.\r\nWorking knowledge of Client AS400/iSeries systems.\r\nBasic understanding of CL (Control Language) and DB2.\r\nFamiliarity with job scheduling and file management on AS400.\r\nGood problem-solving and debugging skills.\r\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams\r\nExposure to ILE concepts, Free Format RPG, or embedded SQL.\r\nBasic understanding of version control tools and ticketing systems.\r\nOur client is a leading financial industry.
