Role Description The University of Jamestown is seeking a dedicated Student Accounts Representative for an on-site, full-time role in Jamestown, ND. This role involves managing student account transactions, answering inquiries related to billing and payments, implementing payment plans, and assisting students and families with financial processes. The representative will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate account records, and collaborate with other university departments to support student success. Additional responsibilities may include facilitating training sessions for students regarding account management and policies. Qualifications Skills in Account Management, including managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address student inquiries and provide clear, professional assistance.Experience in Sales and Training, with the ability to guide and educate students and families effectively.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in office software and systems used for account management.Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.Experience in a higher education or customer-facing role is a plus.
