This position reports to the General Manager and will work in Pompano Beach, FL.\nbout the position\nAs Sr. Engineering Manager for the Pompano Beach team, you will lead and develop the product engineering team responsible for new product development, test engineering, and sustaining engineering activities for marine HVAC and refrigeration products. This role drives execution of engineering projects, coach engineering talent, and partner cross-functionally to deliver innovative, high-quality products that meet customer and business requirements.
