This role provides clinical supervision, coaching, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians while assisting with assessments, parent training, data analysis, and clinical documentation. Services are provided in home, school, community, and telehealth settings.\nTypical Caseload: 8–15 clients (may vary based on organizational needs).\nEssential Responsibilities\nSupport the implementation and monitoring of individualized ABA treatment plans.\nTrain, mentor, and supervise Behavior Technicians.\nConduct clinical assessments, including Vineland, DAYC-2, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).\nCollect, review, and analyze treatment data to support clinical decision-making.\nAssist with parent and caregiver training.\nComplete clinical documentation and reports accurately and on time.\nCollaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality client care.\nMaintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB Ethics Code, and company policies.\nParticipate in ongoing training and professional development.\nQualificationsRequired\nMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development, Special Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.\nCurrently completing supervised BCBA fieldwork hours.\nCurrent RBT or BCAT certification.\nMinimum of two years of experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.\nExperience conducting Vineland, DAYC-2, and Functional Behavior Assessments.\nStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.\nValid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.\nAbility to pass required background screening and provide proof of TB clearance.\nWillingness to obtain CPR certification during onboarding.\nPreferred\nBCBA exam eligible or nearing completion of fieldwork hours.\nSTAT certification.\nThree or more years of ABA experience.\nPrevious experience supervising staff or managing clinical caseloads.\nSpanish bilingual and/or American Sign Language (ASL) experience.\nWork Schedule\nFull-time\nDaytime, afternoon, and occasional early evening hours based on client needs\nTravel throughout Stanislaus County, including Modesto, Turlock, Ceres, Oakdale, Riverbank, Salida, Hughson, Empire, Waterford, Keyes, and Patterson\nPhysical Requirements\nThis position requires the ability to safely participate in client sessions, including standing, walking, sitting on the floor, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and implementing approved behavior intervention procedures when necessary.\nEmployees must be able to travel between service locations and utilize electronic devices for data collection and documentation.\nWhy Join L.I.F.E.?\nAt L.I.F.E., we believe supported clinicians create the best outcomes for children and families.
