Will ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, continual process improvement and drive initiatives to create and promote an environment timely and accurate delivery returns.\nPosition Description\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nWill walk doors to validate inventory to match drivers returns manifest, validate returns accuracy, service and Quality Support and ensure all items are dispositioned and tagged\nAssist stores, customer service, and DRT team with related questions\nResearch inventory discrepancies through returns\nLabel, rewrap of all items and push out to the end caps\nSend emails regarding missing items, damaged items drivers claims or items not on driver’s route, or any issues / exception within the Returns process\nUnderstanding AX and Dispatch Track Routing System\nInvoice Orders in Transportation Manager\nBe able to comply with company employee handbook\nAble to operate radio frequency equipment\nConducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards\nConducts operations in a manner that promotes safety\nMaintains a clean free from debris warehouse floor\nConducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards\nConducts operations in a manner that promotes safety.\nEnsures that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped Maintains a clean free from debris warehouse floor\nMeet company standards for productivity\nMeet company standards for productivity• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays\nQualifications\nEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years general warehouse experience in a fast paced, warehouse environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.\nComputer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of design software programs is a plus.\nCertificates and Licenses: None Required\nPosition Hiring Range\nThe hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.\nCompensation: $17.00 - $22.10\nOvertime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.
