In this role, you'll be part of a team that drives a high-performing workplace by delivering daily HR support and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Coordinator position would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and is looking to build a long-term career within Human Resources.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nSupport employees and managers with HR-related inquiries.\r\nServe as contact for HR related inquiries and answer questions regarding benefits, payroll, and HR policies and procedures.\r\nWork with a third-party administrator (TPA) regarding unemployment claims.\r\nManage Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and the E-Verify program for all new employees.\r\nAdminister Service Award program.\r\nCoordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.\r\nComplete wage statements for Workers' Compensation claims.\r\nAssist HR Manager with special projects.\r\nSupport time and attendance processes and reporting.\r\nRespond to external requests for company information.\r\nEnsure full compliance with company policies, applicable laws and regulations, and conduct audits.\r\nUtilizing reporting systems to produce documents and reports.\r\nAssumes other duties as assigned.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n1+ years of HR experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar background.\r\nKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.\r\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\r\nPrior Workday, UKG, ADP a plus\r\nStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills\r\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\r\nAbility to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.\r\nAbility to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.\r\nProblems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.\r\nDecisions impact the management and operations within a department or business unit.
