This role leads maintenance strategy, work order management, and root cause analysis to improve uptime and overall plant performance.Schedule: Full time, on site.Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 per year.What You'll Do:This Reliability Engineer will drive mechanical and electrical reliability across all assigned equipment, ensuring optimal uptime and performance, and will lead planned, predictive, and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and eliminate failures. This role oversees work order management, including creation, execution, accuracy, and closure within CMMS systems, and conducts and leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring equipment issues. This person will partner with operations and leadership to align maintenance priorities with production goals, support production changeovers to minimize disruption, and provide technical leadership, coaching, and direction to maintenance technicians and frontline teams.
