Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a variety of construction-related skills. This role involves assisting with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Perform tasks related to carpentry, including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and door hanging Engage in concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work Support plumbing and electrical installations as needed Participate in restoration projects, including plastering and stucco application Conduct heavy equipment operation when required Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills Knowledge of construction Experience in construction Familiarity with various heavy equipment such as booming manlifts and telescoping forklifts Ability to read blueprints Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Join our team today to contribute your skills in a rewarding labor position within the construction industry!
