Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description:What You'll Do:* As a Program Manager III, you will be responsible for leading complex programs and initiatives from conception through implementation, driving cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliverables.* Leveraging your experience and leadership skills, you will manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.* Functions:* Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and priorities.* Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve them.* Establish and maintain effective governance structures, communication channels, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.* Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to execute project activities, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.* Monitor program performance metrics, track progress against milestones, and report on program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.* Lead change management initiatives, facilitate decision-making processes, and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.* Mentor and coach junior program managers and project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional development.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.* 6-9 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and leadership.* Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and drive resolution.* Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements and priorities.Preferred Skills:* Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.* Experience managing programs or projects in a technology, engineering, or product development environment.* Knowledge of program/portfolio management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
