About the Opportunity:The Customer Service Representative II (Phones) Bilingual Haitian Creole/English role is focused on delivering superior customer service via phone and electronic communication. This position supports a demanding client by managing inquiries and claims, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and meeting established performance metrics. It contributes to the organization by maintaining high-quality customer interactions and sharing expertise with peers.3. Responsibilities:• Provide customer service in both Haitian Creole and English within a contact center environment.• Coordinate claims electronically and over the phone.• Handle eligibility inquiries across all lines of business.• Achieve call center metrics aligned with Service Level Agreements and quality standards.• Resolve customer issues during the first contact through effective communication.• Maintain confidentiality and precision in all interactions.• Document customer communications in the Customer Relationship Management system.• Keep updated knowledge of client requirements using a Knowledge Base.• Mentor and train other customer service representatives as needed.4. Requirements:• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.• At least two years of contact center experience preferred.• Fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and listening in Haitian Creole and English.• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.• Proficient computer skills, capable of navigating multiple screens and programs.• Customer-oriented approach demonstrating empathy, patience, and responsiveness.• Experience handling electronic data across different platforms.• Must be at least 18 years old.5.
