MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTOR

Job Description We are looking for experienced and qualified Martial Arts Instructors and Program Managers to join our team at Championship Martial Arts. Any successful applicant must be highly motivated, passionate about martial arts and committed to their own practice and development, as well as the development of others. While we appreciate all practices of martial arts, we looking for instructors specifically trained in: kick boxing, taekwondo, muay thai and karate.For Instructors:Teach martial arts classes, demonstrating different moves and techniques for participants of various skill levels in a safe and fun environmentMonitor participants' performance and provide guidance and instruction on how to improveMotivate participants, build confidence in their abilities, and develop skills in martial arts such as self-defenseFoster relationships with local public schools and other small businesses to market our programs and schoolMaintain student discipline both inside the dojo and during competitionsDevelop trainings for elite level athletesCollaborate with the school's management to promote use of new approaches in martial arts lessonsKeep detailed records of participants' progress, attendance, etc.Communicate with parents about the student's progress within their programEDUCATION & TRAININGMartial Arts ExperienceKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEIdeal candidate is comfortable working with all agesAbility to teach group classesCustomer serviceSales Training is not required but preferredMust be a black belt in karate or similar martial artsSKILLS & ABILITIESCandidate should be efficient with time managementAble to communicate with both students and families of studentsProven experience managing teams effectivelyExceptional communication skills (verbal and written)-----------------------------------------------------For Program Directors:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, relationship management, and administrative duties.Responsibilities:- Customer service, lead nurturing, program management, administrative dutiesQualifications:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThis is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits.
