Customer Operations Specialist $18/hourWe're hiring detail-driven professionals to support a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment where accuracy, accountability, and strong communication matter.This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently, can juggle multiple priorities at once, and enjoys being the go-to person for keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.What you'll be doing:Manage high volumes of inbound communication via phone and emailVerify and review customer information for accuracy and complianceMonitor live activity and flag any inconsistencies or issues in real timeMake quick, sound decisions while following established guidelinesDocument interactions and maintain clear, detailed recordsPartner with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex situationsWhat we're looking for:1+ year of customer-facing or call center experience (2+ preferred)Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies quicklyComfortable multitasking across systems, calls, and email simultaneouslyClear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)Critical thinking and problem-solving ability under pressureTech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAdditional details:Fully remote opportunity, but local to Kansas City$18/hourCandidates must have flexible schedules to meet business needs, including varying shifts and weekend coverageIf you're someone who takes ownership of your work, stays sharp under pressure, and doesn't need your hand held to get things done, this is a strong fit.Interested?
