Flat rate / performance incentives available.Job Summary:Crowley Auto Body is seeking a skilled I-CAR Certified Autobody Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for performing high-quality collision repairs in accordance with OEM procedures and shop standards.We are looking for a dependable, production-driven technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Perform structural and non-structural collision repairsComplete metal work, panel replacement, and dent repairOperate frame machines and measuring systemsPerform welding (MIG/spot; aluminum a plus)Disassemble and reassemble vehicles (R&I)Follow OEM repair procedures and safety guidelinesConduct self-quality checks before moving vehicles to next stageMaintain clean and organized work areaCommunicate effectively with estimators and production teamRequirements:Certifications:I-CAR Certification (required or in progress)ASE CertificationExperience:Minimum 2+ years collision repair experienceExperience with structural and non-structural repairsFamiliarity with DRP environments preferredSkills:Strong metal finishing and body repair skillsWelding experience requiredAbility to read and follow repair plansKnowledge of tools, equipment, and repair softwareAttention to detail and quality workmanshipPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 50+ lbsAbility to stand for extended periodsComfortable working with tools, equipment, and shop environment conditionsBenefits:Competitive pay based on experiencePaid time offHoliday payOpportunities for training and advancementSupportive team environmentSchedule:Monday FridayDay shiftWork Location:In person (Bristol, CT)
