Success in this role requires a combination of technical, mechanical, and safety-related skills to ensure systems are assembled correctly, operate reliably, and meet required quality standards.Required Skills And QualificationsHydraulic Assembly – Ability to assemble hydraulic systems, including bending and fitting hard lines, and following blueprints and bills of materials. Hydraulic Pumps – Experience assembling pumps using technical drawingsHydraulic Hoses – Skills in connecting hoses and electrical harnesses, running, making, cleaning, and protecting hoses.Hydraulic Cylinders – Installing and troubleshooting cylinders, bushings, pipes, and hoses on booms and sticks. Blueprint & Schematic Reading – Interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure correct fit and function.Hand Tools – Using screwdrivers, wrenches, and other manual tools during assembly.
