The role involves validating mainframe-based applications, participating in Agile development, and delivering high-quality software aligned with user needs and business objectives.\r\nResponsibilities Perform validation and verification testing of new features and product fixes.\r\nDevelop and execute high-quality software tests in a continuous integration environment.\r\nImplement and maintain robust test automation pipelines.\r\nAssess code coverage, identify and resolve testing gaps.\r\nAutomate tasks using appropriate tools and scripting.\r\nKeep test pipelines current with latest technologies.\r\nProvide Quality Assurance subject-matter expertise in Agile teams.\r\nCoordinate with management and internal teams.\r\nQualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.\r\nPractical experience in a mainframe development and testing environment.\r\nAnalytical mind with strong problem-solving aptitude.\r\nProficiency with Job Control Language (JCL) for batch workloads.\r\nProficiency in scripting languages (Python, JSON, REXX).\r\nProficiency in CI/CD test automation frameworks (Jenkins).\r\nStrong understanding of security protocols and ESMs.\r\nExperience with REST API automation (RestAssured) – plus.\r\nExperience with Java and JavaScript/TypeScript – plus.\r\nExperience with JUnit/TestNG frameworks – plus.\r\nExperience with JMeter for stress and load testing – plus.\r\nCompensation & Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 to USD 175,500.00. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and annual equity awards.
