Sales Enablement Manager, Filene (WI, TX, CO, or FL)The Sales Engagement Manager is a revenue-critical role within Filene's Marketing team, responsible for driving measurable member growth, retention, and lifetime value through strategic CRM management and data-driven engagement. This role owns the end-to-end member lifecycle in our CRM, from lead acquisition through renewal using advanced analytics, marketing automation, and journey orchestration to optimize engagement metrics and accelerate pipeline velocity.The ideal candidate is a Salesforce and Hubspot power user with proven marketing expertise who can transform raw data into actionable intelligence, build scalable journey engagement systems, and drive quantifiable business outcomes through precision targeting and attribution modeling.Role ResponsibilitiesCRM & Data ManagementOwn Salesforce (CRM) as the single source of truth for all member and partner dataMaintain data integrity through rigorous hygiene protocols, deduplication, and validation rulesDesign and implement custom objects, fields, and page layouts to capture engagement touchpointsBuild executive dashboards tracking: MQL-to-member conversion rates, engagement scores, retention rates, CLV, churn risk, and pipeline velocityCreate dynamic segmentation models using Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity dataImplement lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospectsMarketing Automation & Journey OrchestrationDesign and deploy automated engagement journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot for:New member onboarding sequences (welcome series, product adoption)Renewal campaigns with predictive churn modelingWin-back campaigns for lapsed membersEvent registration and post-event nurture flowsIntegrate Salesforce with marketing stack (email platforms, webinar tools, social, web analytics)Execute A/B testing protocols to optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metricsBuild attribution models to track marketing touchpoint ROI across the funnelRevenue Operations & Pipeline ManagementPartner with business development (Membership) team to optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion through improved routing, response times, and sales enablementGenerate weekly/monthly pipeline reports showing new opportunities, stage progression, forecast accuracy, close rates, etc.Conduct cohort analysis to identify high-performing member segments and expansion opportunitiesTrack engagement metrics, such as content downloads, event attendance, research utilization, advocacy activities, etc.Calculate and report member acquisition cost (MAC) and return on marketing investment (ROMI)Manage member-facing Engage inbox, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries within one business dayStrategic Analytics & ReportingPerform data mining across multiple sources (Salesforce, web analytics, event platforms, financial systems) to uncover growth opportunitiesBuild predictive models for member renewal likelihood and upsell propensityCreate data visualizations that translate complex metrics into executive-ready insightsPresent quarterly business reviews with trend analysis, cohort performance, and strategic recommendationsBenchmark engagement KPIs against industry standards and historical performanceGeneral & AdministrativeModel Filene Credo and play a key role in maintaining the culture of the organization through personal and cross-functional accountabilities.Actively support the achievement of Filene's strategic objectives, plan, budget, and metrics in a manner consistent with Filene's mission, values, and brand.Provide extraordinary service to Filene's staff, members, and stakeholders.Understand and engage in Filene's complete body of work including research and advisory programs to connect member needs with Filene solutions that can best meet those needs.Prioritize and manage workload across several projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to shift gears when necessary to meet key deadlines.The statements above are not intended to be all-inclusive and other duties will be assigned as needed.Role RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.5+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or revenue operations required.Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required or obtained within 4 months of hire; Advanced Administrator certification preferred.Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and reporting tools; experience with marketing automation platforms preferred.Credit union system experience desired, with a deep understanding of challenges and opportunities within the sector. For those without direct credit union experience, interest and excitement to learn a unique and growing industry is a must.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams with tools such as Monday.com and Smartsheet. Ability to juggle competing priorities simultaneously, adhering to stated deadlines with strict attention to detail.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences. Ability to develop comprehensive written reports and documents. Ability to translate data into strategic narratives for executive stakeholders and key decision-makers.Process Optimization: Ability to build scalable systems with clear documentation and SOPs. Ability to examine the "how" and "why" to proactively advocate for continuous improvement.Intellectually curious about credit unions and their members.
