Concrete WorkerJob Title: Concrete Worker/ $20-32hr/ Benefits and On The JOB Training/ Start Work Right AwayJob DescriptionWe are seeking a hardworking Concrete Laborer to support concrete flatwork projects in a hands-on, outdoor environment. This role involves assisting with pouring, puddling, tying rebar, and finishing both traditional and decorative stamped concrete. The ideal candidate will take pride in quality workmanship, follow direction well, and contribute to safe and efficient job site operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist with all phases of concrete flatwork, including site preparation, pouring, puddling, and finishing.Help tie rebar according to project specifications.Support finishing work, including traditional flatwork and decorative stamped concrete.Use hand tools, trowels, and forms to assist in creating smooth, level finishes.Assist with concrete placement and consolidation during pours.Help set, adjust, and remove concrete forms.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.Follow all safety procedures while working with concrete, tools, and equipment.Work collaboratively with foremen and crew members to complete projects efficiently.Perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.Essential SkillsAt least 1–2 years of experience in concrete or construction labor preferred.Basic knowledge of concrete work, including pouring and finishing processes.Familiarity with flatwork such as driveways, sidewalks, and slabs is a plus.Ability to use basic hand tools and concrete tools.Willingness to learn concrete finishing and decorative stamped techniques.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Strong work ethic and reliability.Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working on your feet all day.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in construction or paving environments preferred.Ownership of basic hand tools is a plus.Ability to follow basic project directions and job site requirements.Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when needed.Why Work Here?Join a team that values hard work, craftsmanship, and reliability.
