This role focuses on frontline leadership, workflow execution, associate coaching, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.\nThe Supervisor is responsible for maintaining productivity, accuracy, safety, and adherence to standard operating procedures while supporting a positive and accountable team environment. This position operates within the execution plan established by warehouse leadership and does not own strategic planning, staffing models, or policy decisions.\nDepartment Duties\nSupervise day-to-day outbound warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping\nLead daily startup meetings, shift huddles, and shift handoffs\nMonitor workflow throughout the shift and adjust task priorities as needed\nEnforce SOP compliance, scanning discipline, and operational accuracy standards\nCoach Leads and Warehouse Associates on productivity, quality, safety, and performance expectations\nValidate completion of assigned work and ensure shipment deadlines are met\nIdentify operational bottlenecks, workflow gaps, and risks; escalate concerns to leadership\nSupport onboarding and training of new associates and Leads\nPromote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment\nPartner with leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives\nMaintain professional communication with internal departments and leadership teams\nRequired Skills / Abilities\nPrevious warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred\nExperience in outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping\nStrong understanding of warehouse safety practices and operational procedures\nAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills\nExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred\nAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing operational needs\nEducation/Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred\n2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations\nHands-on experience with receiving, putaway, and inventory control processes preferred\nPrior experience leading or coaching teams in a warehouse environment strongly preferred\nExperience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory tracking tools preferred\nRequired Duties of all Associates\nManage all company business according to the cultural objectives of the Company.\nParticipate in cross-functional teams as required to advance the business interests of the organization.\nCompliance with all Company and regulatory policies/ guidelines related to associate safety and product quality.\nLocation and Working Hours\nPleasant Valley Location in Independence, OH\nMonday – Friday hours will vary\nOvertime when needed\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift to 20 pounds at times.\nWalking / bending\nCore Values\nAt Wild Republic, we strive to maximize the positive impact we make on our customers, our community and our planet.
