Job Description At Power-Flo Technologies, you'll be part of a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment that plays a critical role in keeping electrical and industrial projects moving. As a Warehouse Associate / Driver, your work will directly support customers by ensuring materials are accurately picked, safely handled, and delivered on time.Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMBenefits:Health, Dental and Vision benefitsOvertime OpportunitiesPTO ProgramPaid Holidays401KEAPESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)$17 - $19/hourWarehouse Associate and Driver Key Responsibilities :Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving, organizing etc.Maintain a clean Driver's LicensePull and stage orders for shipmentSafely and efficiently pick up and deliver ordersLoad, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles (Van, small box truck, rack truck)Plan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the dayObey all traffic laws and parking regulationsOrganize and barcode inventoryCycle CountWarehouse Associate and Driver Requirements :2+ years of warehouse experience requiredCurrent, valid driver's license (7 years clean driving record) to operate company vehiclesAbility to obtain & maintain DOT certificationAbility to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 poundsAbility to follow processes, procedures, and policiesAbility to work well independently, have a great attitude, and be willing to learnAbility to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsComputer savvyBox Truck experience (16-18 ft) and Flatbed truck experience is a plus. No CDL required.Forklift experience a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for up to 8 HoursAbility to lift 50 poundsAbility to work on elevated platformsAbility to climb laddersThis position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reachingYou may be exposed to dust, loud noises, and hot and cold conditionsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
