We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our fast-paced team General Requirements: 3+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software. Ability to lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs and work in various environments. Willingness to work extended hours and Saturdays as required, especially during peak seasons. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Oversee the daily management of inventory, including receiving, stocking, and tracking parts and products. Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input inventory data into systems, analyze stock levels, and forecast future inventory needs. Order Processing: Manage ordering parts and products, ensuring timely receipt and restocking. Inventory Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Stock Organization: Maintain organized and efficient stockrooms, ensuring that parts are easy to locate and access. Customer Support: Help fulfill customer orders and resolve inventory-related questions, ensuring high service and communication. Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors to resolve backorder, return, and delivery issues.
