Support for the contract will consist of program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and maintain multiple websites, including MKG, HighPoint, Entitlements Management, iSToRE, and Intel Division. Responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including permissions management, site navigation management, metrics collection and analysis, page, and design changes, and troubleshooting issues.\nDevelop, configure, and maintain web sites and applications.\nDesign and implement web-based solutions to meet business needs.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.\nPerform system integrations and implement workflows.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web applications.\nCreate and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and training materials.\nProvide technical support and training to end-users.\nMonitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in relevant technical field.\n3+ years of experience in website administration or a related field.\nDOD 8570 requirements for IAT I\nProficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.\nStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and jQuery.\nExperience with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.\nFamiliarity with JSOM and REST API.\nUnderstanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and content management.\nExperience with custom web part development and custom solutions such as WSP.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nMust be able to interact with, extract, and translate customer requirements into working solutions.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nPreferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).\nPreferred: Familiarity with Office 365 suite and integration.\nPreferred: Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.\nPreferred: Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.\nPhysical Demands:\n\nMust be able to lift 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.
