The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and system administrators, to streamline development workflows and ensure the continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software applications. The role gets involved in strategic planning, process optimization, team leadership, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nTakes ownership and manages projects enabling continuous integration and automation of service integration, delivery, and deployments.\r\nProvides guidance to junior team members on all DevOps related practices and projects.\r\nManages the organization's continuous integration and delivery pipeline to maximize efficiency.\r\nImplements industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management.\r\nDefines DevOps goals and metrics across functional teams and the business.\r\nSeeks understanding of customer/end-user requirements and project KPIs.\r\nCreates new processes for improvement and minimization of wastage.\r\nActively engages with architects and developers, understanding the technology components of solutions and contributing to decision-making.\r\nReports on progress to internal management and external customers.\r\nRepresents the software DevOps team for all phases of larger and more complex projects.\r\nEducation & Experience Recommended\r\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\r\nTypically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in software development, information technology, engineering environment, or a related field.\r\nDeep knowledge in DevOps cloud infrastructure and GitHub Enterprise Cloud\r\nTo ensure proper platform development, enhancements, ongoing maintenance, and compliance execution aligned with SOX requirements\r\nPreferred Certifications\r\nAWS Certified DevOps Engineer\r\nKnowledge & Skills\r\n• Agile Methodology\r\n• Amazon Web Services\r\n• Application Programming Interface (API)\r\n• Automation\r\n• C++ (Programming Language)\r\n• Computer Science\r\n• Debugging\r\n• Docker (Software)\r\n• Full Stack Development\r\n• Java (Programming Language)\r\n• JavaScript (Programming Language)\r\n• Kubernetes\r\n• Linux\r\n• Microservices\r\n• Microsoft Azure\r\n• Python (Programming Language)\r\n• Scalability\r\n• Software Development\r\n• Software Engineering\r\n• SQL (Programming Language)\r\nCross-Org Skills\r\n• Effective Communication\r\n• Results Orientation\r\n• Learning Agility\r\n• Digital Fluency\r\n• Customer Centricity\r\nImpact & Scope\r\n• Impacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects.\r\nComplexity\r\n• Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy.\r\nPay & Benefits\r\nThe pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional\r\nopportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United\r\nStates of America candidates only).
