We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together.\nSUMMARY\nQ2 is seeking an Implementation Engineer to be responsible for implementing Q2’s Relationship Pricing integrations and connectors to align with the business requirements of our customers, specifically with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Loan Origination System (LOS) platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. You will be exposed to a highly customizable product on multiple platforms that are configured/engineered differently for each customer. Must be exceptionally detail-oriented, process driven and an energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a group setting. This role will also interface directly with clients to manage questions and issues during a project.\nA Typical Day:\nPartner with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and direct the configuration duties\nDevelop and perform quality assurance check points within your team to ensure quality and timely delivery\nTake ownership of your team’s business results by developing and leading training and execution plans\nServe as our Integrations Subject Matter Expert by educating clients and potential clients about our various Integration options, implementation processes, and best practices\nHelp clients and prospects see the value in our Integrations, and the support our team offers\nLead in depth discovery sessions geared at fully understanding clients’ current CRM/LOS workflows and user experience\nPartner with bank technical teams to successfully install and configure integrations into CRM/LOS systems\nProblem-solve routine to complex issues\nProvide Level 2 and 3 support to other team members\nTrack status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation process\nSet clear expectations on project timing and deliver results that meet and exceed those expectations\nResponsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to\nWork closely with Development and other teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery\nDevelop a firm understanding of the platform and how the most successful banks use it when integrating with external systems\nBring Your Passion, Do What You Love.
