Final Mile Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToManaging incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner.Providing clear, accurate delivery confirmations to customers and internal teams.Delivering excellent customer service while addressing inquiries, concerns, or updates.Assisting dispatch operations by coordinating schedules, monitoring routes, and supporting field teams as needed.Entering and updating delivery information accurately in company systems.Multitasking effectively while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Collaborating with office and field staff to ensure efficient and timely delivery processes.Performing additional duties assigned to support operational needs.This is NOT a remote position. This will require on-site attendance on assigned days.
