The ideal candidate will analyze and implement software requirements using web technologies, debugging applications, and providing compliant technical solutions in a Microsoft Windows environment. This role involves collaborating closely with team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyze and implement software requirements using ASP .Net, VB .Net, ADO .NET, HTML, and JavaScript in an MS Windows environment.\nDebug applications and propose feasible solutions promptly.\nProvide technical solutions compliant with FISCAM and NIST 800-53 standards.\nWrite queries, store procedures, and administer a SQL Server database.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support the software development lifecycle.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in a Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).\nEquivalent experience requirements: BS + 6 years technical experience / HS + 10 years / MA + 4 years equivalence.\nMinimum 3+ years of hands-on programming experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, and ADO .NET in developing dynamic web applications.\nTo meet the 8570 IAT Level II Compliance, candidates must have one of the following certifications:\nCompTIA Security+\nCisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security)\nGIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)\nCybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)\nMicrosoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)\nGlobal Information Assurance Certification (GIAC)\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nTop Secret / SI security clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n2+ years of development experience using MS Visual Studio/TFS.\nExperience in web and GUI development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).\nExperience with SQL Server databases, including writing stored procedures, views, and triggers.\nExperience with MS SQL Server Analysis Services.\nFamiliarity with ad-hoc reporting, Pivot tables, and Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with Agile and Risk Management Framework (RMF) development methodologies.\nExperience with financial-based systems.\nStrong work ethic with the ability to work with minimal supervision.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to offer clear and concise recommendations.\nWorking Conditions:\nThis role is based in Herndon, Reston, DC, or College Park with no travel requirements.\nThe position involves working in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision, focusing on secure and compliant software development.\nThe Client is committed to delivering innovative and secure technology solutions.
